Back In Motion Physical Therapy & Performance was founded by Dr. Scott Gray, DPT, FAAOMPT, CSCS, after a life-changing college football injury ended his athletic career and set him on a mission to help others recover and move better. Experiencing the frustration of pain, quick fixes, and never receiving a true solution led to the development of The Gray Method™ — a science-based system designed to identify and correct the root cause of pain, movement issues, and sports injuries rather than just treating symptoms.
